To apply for a rental property, use the Apply Now button on the property listing you are interested in.

When applying you will need the following:

• A credit card for the application fee. * Application fee is $40 per adult (18+ years old). EACH member of the household 18+ years must apply.
• All applicants will need to provide a valid photo ID
• All applicants will need to show 2 months’ proof of employment or award letters for monthly income (if applicable) 
• In some cases, applicants will need to provide a 1099 or W2 Tax record (i.e. Self Employed)

Failure to provide these items could result in a delay or a rejected application.

Please note the monthly household Income requirement is 3 THREE times the rental amount.  A credit report and criminal background check will be conducted for all adult applicants. Required credit score is 600 or better.
